摘要
模块化多电平逆变器具有输出谐波含量低、扩展性强、控制灵活等优势,在高压大功率场合得到广泛应用。本文通过深入分析模块化多电平逆变器的拓扑结构、数学模型和工作原理,基于PI控制策略设计功率电流双闭环控制器;为减小桥臂电流畸变、改善内部环流,基于比例谐振控制策略设计环流抑制器;为减小子模块电压波动,采用电容电压冒泡排序法和最近电平调制策略。利用MATLAB软件搭建了系统的仿真模型,并在额定运行和功率阶跃的工况下进行仿真验证,测试结果表明控制算法能快速跟随目标值,有效抑制桥臂电流二倍频分量,电容电压均衡,并验证了所建模型的正确性。
Modularized multilevel inverters have the advantages of low output harmonic content,strong scalability,and flexible control,and are widely used in high-voltage and high-power applications.The paper analyzes in depth the topology,mathematical model,and working principle of modularized multilevel inverters,and the power current dual closed-loop controller designed on the basis of PI control strategy.In order to reduce current distortion of bridge arm and improve internal circulation,a circulating current suppressor is designed based on proportional resonance control strategy.In order to reduce voltage fluctuations in submodules,capacitor voltage bubble sorting method and nearest level modulation strategy are adopted.A simulation model of the system is built by means of MATLAB software and validated under rated operation and power step conditions.The test results showed that the control algorithm is able to quickly follow the target value,effectively suppress the second harmonic component of the bridge arm current,balance the capacitor voltage,and verify the correctness of the model established.
