摘要
推动绿色发展、实现“双碳”目标是“十四五”规划的重要目标之一,也是实现经济高质量发展的必经之路。在信息技术不断进步的时代背景下,数字化已成为推动区域绿色经济发展的关键驱动力。聚焦于经济最为活跃的沿海经济带,利用熵权法和固定效应模型对数字化发展赋能区域绿色经济的效用进行实证分析。结果发现,数字化发展对绿色经济有显著促进作用,并且技术创新在这一促进过程中起到了中介作用。在区域异质性分析中得出,数字化赋能效果因产业结构、环境治理等因素而产生差异性。最后,基于研究结论,提出对策建议,包括加大对数字化技术研发的投资、有计划地推进传统产业的数字化改造、制定和实施差异化的数字化发展战略。
Promoting green development and realizing the goal of“double carbon”is one of the important goals of the 14th Five-Year Plan,and it is also the only way to achieve high-quality economic development.In the era of continuous progress of information technology,digitalization has become a key driving force to promote the development of regional green economy.Focusing on the most economically active coastal economic belt,entropy weight method and fixed effect model were used to conduct empirical analysis.The results show that digital development has a significant role in promoting green economy,and technological innovation plays an intermediary role in this promotion process.In the analysis of regional heterogeneity,it is concluded that the digital empowerment effect is different due to industrial structure,environmental governance and other factors.Finally,based on the research conclusions,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed,including increasing investment in digital technology research and development,promoting the digital transformation of traditional industries in a planned way,and formulating and implementing differentiated digital development strategies.
