摘要
介绍了紫外线辐照光源、辐照强度、测定时间对不同皮肤细胞的影响,紫外线对不同皮肤细胞功能和皮肤组织结构造成影响的机理。重点综述了紫外线诱导真皮成纤维细胞、角质形成细胞、黑素细胞的光损伤模型的构建,确保既能够让细胞表达抗光老基因又不会让细胞出现凋亡等过度损伤是模型构建的关键。最后提出了光损伤细胞模型在化妆品体外功效评价中的应用前景。
The effects of ultraviolet light source,irradiation intensity and measuring time on different skin cells and the mechanism of ultraviolet rays on different skin cell functions and skin tissue structure were introduced.The paper focuses on the construction of UV induced photodamage models of dermal fibroblasts,keratinocytes and melanocytes.The key to model construction is to ensure that cells can express anti-photoaging genes without excessive damage such as apoptosis.Finally,the application prospect of photodamaged cell model in evaluating the efficacy of cosmetics in vitro was proposed.
