摘要
病理性瘢痕是皮肤纤维增生性疾病,包括增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩,具体发病机制尚未阐明。儿童病理性瘢痕会导致美观问题,还有功能障碍以及瘙痒、疼痛等主观症状,给患儿和家长造成极大的心理压力,儿童病理性瘢痕的治疗需求更为迫切。本文就近年来国内外儿童病理性瘢痕的防治进展进行综述,为儿童病理性瘢痕的预防和治疗提供参考和依据。
Pathological scar is a kind of skin fibroproliferative disease,including hypertrophic scars and ke-loids.The specific pathogenesis has not been elucidated.Pathological scars in children can lead to aesthetic problems,dysfunction,and subjective symptoms such as itching and pain,causing great psychological pressure on children and their parents.The need for the treatment of pathological scars in children is urgent.This article reviews the progress in the prevention and treatment of pathological scars in pediatric patients at home and abroad in recent years to provide ref-erence and basis for its prevention and treatment.
