摘要
本文讨论了当代城市发展中空间消费的重要性,并提出了场景理论作为解决老旧小区公共空间问题的方法。本文以老旧小区的场景化改造为例,提出了三个部分的场景改造策略,包括主体角色画像、空间设计营造和文化活动组织。这些策略旨在重塑公共精神、提升空间品质和促进活力再生,为旧城改造提供了参考。
This paper discusses the importance of space consumption in contemporary urban development,and proposes scene theory as a method to solve the problem of public space of old residential areas.This paper takes the scene-based transformation of old residential areas as an example and proposes scene transformation strategies in three parts,including main role portrait,space design creation,and cultural activity organization.These strategies aim to reshape the public spirit,improve the space quality and promote the revitalization of vitality,and provide a reference for the transformation of old city.
