摘要
“一站式”学生社区综合管理模式为学生提供了一个全面便捷的服务平台,深化了全员全程全方位育人的教育理念。这种管理模式能够确保学生在校期间的各个环节都得到有效关注和引导,从而推进学生思想政治工作更加顺利地开展。同时,该模式也是实现立德树人教育目标的关键路径。为了实现这一目标,高校需要积极主动地探索与优化“一站式”学生社区综合管理模式,不断提升学生服务、管理质量,还要在构建“三全育人”新格局上给予更多关注。基于此,结合实际情况详细阐述高校“一站式”学生社区驿站综合管理模式的构建路径,以期为提高高校管理水平提供相关参考。
The “one-stop” student community comprehensive management model provides students with a comprehensive and convenient service platform,deepening the education concept of whole-person,whole-process,all-round education.This management mode ensures that all aspects of students in school can get effective attention and guidance,so as to promote the students' ideological and political work more smoothly.At the same time,this model is also a key path to achieve the goal of building morality and cultivating talents.In order to achieve this goal,colleges and universities need to actively explore and optimize the “one-stop” comprehensive management mode of student community,constantly improve the quality of student services and management,and pay more attention to the construction of a new pattern of “three-wide education”.Based on this,this paper will elaborate the construction path of the comprehensive management mode of “one-stop” student community post station in colleges and universities,in order to provide relevant reference for improving the management level of colleges and universities.
