摘要
沙河中关铁矿矿床成因类型属于高温热液接触交代矿床,北部区域节理裂隙发育,围岩不稳固,采用矿房参数为30 m×12 m×30 m的分段空场嗣后充填采矿法进行回采,生产能力较低。为改变现状,采用阶段空场嗣后充填采矿法进行回采;为保障矿房形成空区后的侧帮稳定性,采用注浆加固的方式进行围岩再造,改变周边矿岩性质,提升稳定性;同时采用双条柱凿岩硐室布置形式,有效保证了凿岩硐室的稳定性。利用减震爆破技术,减少对矿房周边矿岩的扰动,实现回采后空区的稳定,达到大规模回采的目的。改变回采参数后,单个矿房矿量提高近5倍,回采率提升7.6%,炸药单耗降低30%,采切比降低40%,大大降低了采矿成本,提升了年产量。
The genetic type of Shahe Zhongguan iron deposit belongs to the high temperature hydrothermal contact metasomatic deposit.The joints and fissures in the northern area are developed,and the surrounding rock is unstable.The sublevel open stopping subsequent with backfilling mining method with room parameters of 30 m×12 m×30 m is used for mining,and the production capacity is low.In order to change the status quo,the stage open stoping with subsequent filling method is adopted for mining.In order to ensure the stability of the side wall after the mined-out area is formed,the grouting reinforcement method is used to reconstruct the surrounding rock,change the properties of the surrounding rock and improve the stability.At the same time,the layout of the double-column drilling chamber is adopted to effectively ensure the stability of the drilling chamber.Using the shock-absorbing blasting technology,the disturbance to the surrounding rock of the mine room is reduced,the stability of the mined-out area after mining is realized,and the purpose of large-scale mining is achieved.After changing the mining parameters,the amount of ore in a single room is increased by nearly 5 times,the recovery rate is increased by 7.6%,the unit consumption of explosives is reduced by 30%,and the mining-cut ratio is reduced by 40%,which greatly reduces the mining cost and increases the annual output.
