摘要
目的分析风险识别理念下的针对性护理干预在糖尿病合并急性重症脑梗死患者护理中的应用效果。方法回顾性选取2021年5月—2023年4月山东国欣颐养集团枣庄中心医院急诊科收治的90例老年糖尿病合并重症脑梗死患者的临床资料,按照护理方式的不同分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施常规护理的同时实施风险识别理念下的针对性护理干预,比较两组血糖水平、焦虑和抑郁情绪评分、护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平、焦虑和抑郁情绪评分均低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论风险识别理念下的针对性护理能降低糖尿病合并急性重症脑梗死患者血糖水平,缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患者满意度。
Objective To analyze the application effect of targeted nursing intervention under the concept of risk iden⁃tification in the nursing of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with acute severe cerebral infarction.Methods The clinical data of 90 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with severe cerebral infarction admitted to the Department of Emergency of Shandong Guoxin Yiyang Group Zaozhuang Central Hospital from May 2021 to April 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given routine nursing and targeted nursing intervention under the concept of risk identification.The blood glucose levels,anxiety and depression scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing under the con⁃cept of risk identification can reduce the blood glucose level of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with acute severe cerebral infarction,relieve anxiety and depression,and improve patient satisfaction.
