不同养护温度下镍渣细骨料水泥胶砂性能的试验研究

Experimental Study on Properties of Nickel Slag Fine Aggregate Cement Mortar at Different Curing Temperatures

摘要 对天然骨料的不断开采导致其总量正在迅速枯竭,天然骨料的提取工艺也加速了环境的破坏,而镍渣作为镍冶炼厂和不锈钢冶炼厂排放的工业废渣,在混凝土行业具有很高的应用潜力。为了研究不同镍渣细骨料取代量、不同养护温度对水泥胶砂各项性能的影响,分别用0%、15%、25%和35%的镍渣细骨料取代天然砂,设置养护温度为20℃和40℃,对新拌砂浆的流动度,硬化砂浆的抗压强度、碳化深度、抗氯离子侵蚀能力和微观结构进行了测试。结果表明:提高镍渣细骨料取代量能够提高新拌砂浆的流动度,改善工作性能;提高镍渣细骨料取代量和养护温度,砂浆试件的抗压强度、抗碳化性能和抗氯离子侵蚀能力均得到不同程度的提高;由于镍渣细骨料硬度高、密度大、吸水率低,且养护温度的提高能够促进水泥熟料水化生成更多的水化产物,因此,提高镍渣细骨料取代量和养护温度使水泥胶砂的微观结构更加致密,有助于水泥胶砂各项性能的改善。该研究结果旨在为镍渣细骨料在预制混凝土的应用提供指导。 The continuous exploitation of natural aggregates has led to their rapid depletion,and the extraction process has also accelerated environmental destruction.As an industrial waste discharged from nickel and stainless steel smelters,nickel slag has high application potential in the concrete industry.To study the effects of different replacement amounts of nickel slag fine aggregate and different curing temperatures on the properties of cement mortar,0%,15%,25%,and 35%nickel slag fine aggregate are used to replace natural sand,and the curing temperatures are set to 20℃and 40℃.The fluidity of fresh mortar,compressive strength,carbonation depth,chloride ion erosion resistance,and microstructure of hardened mortar are tested.The results show that increasing the replacement amount of nickel slag fine aggregate can improve the fluidity of fresh mortar and enhance working performance;the compressive strength,carbonation resistance,and chloride ion erosion resistance of mortar specimens are improved to varying degrees by increasing the replacement amount of nickel slag fine aggregate and curing temperature;due to the high hardness,high density,and low water absorption of nickel slag fine aggregate,and the increase of curing temperature can promote the hydration of cement clinker to produce more hydration products.Therefore,increasing the replacement amount of nickel slag fine aggregate and curing temperature makes the microstructure of cement mortar more compact,which is helpful to improve the properties of cement mortar.The results aim to provide guidance for the application of nickel slag fine aggregate in precast concrete.
