摘要
在城市建设的存量时代,城市发展的观念与逻辑正在发生深刻转变,社区更新受到越来越多的关注。作为组成城市的基本单元,城市社区的建设发展必然对城市的建设发展产生直接影响,社区的更新也必将推动城市的复兴。结合重庆民主村的更新实践,论述了社区更新的建设规律和思想逻辑,强调社区更新的视角和观念应当指向城市复兴的整体目标。
In the inventory era of urban construction,community renewal has received more and more attention.The construction and development of urban communities inevitably have a direct impact on the the overall development of cities.The renewal of the community will also promote the revitalization of the city.This paper takes Minzhu Community of Chongqing as example,discusses the law and logic of community renewal,and emphasizes that the perspective and concept of community renewal should point to the overall goal of urban regeneration.
