摘要
当前乡村振兴是在数字技术快速发展、数字化社会已然出现的背景下展开的。新时代数字乡村建设不仅推动了农村网络基础设施建设和数字经济的发展,还引发了农村社会关系与社会秩序的转变,带来乡村社会整合的新问题。数字社会作为一种新社会形态,正在以数字化逻辑不同程度地改变着乡村的生产方式、生活方式和文化观念。推动乡村社会与数字社会的高度融合,内含着为乡村社会心态的转变创造条件。乡村社会建设离不开农民参与的能动性和主体性,而数字乡村社会建设将会推进乡村社会跨越式转型发展,这些过程都需要不断加深观察并积极推动认知更新。确保数字乡村建设行稳致远、持续推动乡村文明的跃迁,关键要在数字社会基础设施、社会关系及秩序构建以及文化价值重建中着力推动认知更新或观念变革。这样才能在数字化浪潮中不断推动乡村文明实现跃迁,从而助力中国式现代化不断深化。
The current rural revitalization is carried out in the context of the rapid development of digital technology and the emergence of digital society.The construction of digital countryside in the new era has not only promoted the construction of rural network infrastructure and the development of digital economy but also led to the transformation of rural social relationship and social order,bringing new problems in rural social integration.As a new social form,digital society is changing production mode,life style and cultural concept in rural areas to varying degrees with digital logic.The construction of digital countryside will promote the transition of agriculture and rural areas to networking,informatization and digitalization and make digital technology truly become an impor-tant driving force for the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.To promote a high degree of integration between rural society and digital society includes creating conditions for the change of mentality in rural society.The construction of rural society is inseparable from the initiative and subjectivity of farmers'participation while the construction of digital countryside will promote the leapfrog transformation and development of rural society.During these processes,it is necessary to constantly deepen observation and actively promote cognitive updating.To ensure the steady and long-term development of digital countryside and continue to promote the transition of rural civili-zation,the key lies in promoting cognitive renewal or conceptual change in the construction of dig-ital social infrastructure,social relationship and social order as well as the reconstruction of cultur-al values.In this way,rural civilization can be continuously promoted in the wave of digitali-zation,thus helping the continuous deepening of Chinese path to modernization.
