摘要
新中国成立75年来,我国经济快速发展的一个重要原因就是创立和完善了社会主义基本经济制度。从民营经济理论演进的视角来看,新中国成立以来基本经济制度的演进有一定规律,即我国基本经济制度的形成必须符合生产力的发展水平,基本经济制度的变革必须取决于是否能够容纳生产力的发展,基本经济制度的完善必须取决于生产力的部分质变等。揭示这一演进规律,可为我国坚持和完善社会主义基本经济制度、坚持和落实“两个毫不动摇”提供一定的理论借鉴。
Over the past 75 years since the founding of New China,an important reason for China’s two miracles of rapid economic development and long-term social stability is the establishment and im-provement of its basic socialist economic system.This paper sorts out and summarizes the evolution of its basic economic system since the founding of New China from the perspective of the evolution of theory on private economy and reveals that the formation of China’s basic economic system must conform to the development level of productive forces,the reform of basic economic system must de-pend on whether it can accommodate the development of productive forces and the improvement of basic economic system must depend on the evolution law of partial qualitative changes of productive forces.It can provide some theoretical reference for China’s adhering to and improving the basic so-cialist economic system and insisting on and implementing the“two unwavering”principle.
