摘要
目的分析叉头框蛋白C2(FOXC2)、三磷酸腺苷结合转运蛋白G超家族成员2(ABCG2)、长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)小核仁RNA宿主基因12(SNHG12)在恶性脑胶质瘤组织中的表达及意义。方法将76例恶性脑胶质瘤患者纳入观察组,另将同期收治的83例因外伤等非肿瘤原因切除脑组织者纳入对照组,统计对比2组FOXC2、ABCG2、LncRNA SNHG12表达差异。另收集胶质瘤患者的年龄等资料,分析FOXC2、ABCG2、LncRNA SNHG12表达与患者各项临床病理特征间的联系。结果观察组FOXC2、ABCG2阳性表达率高于对照组,LncRNA SNHG12相对表达量高于对照组(P<0.05)。FOXC2、ABCG2、LncRNA SNHG12表达与恶性脑胶质瘤WHO分级、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论FOXC2、ABCG2、LncRNA SNHG12在恶性脑胶质瘤组织内呈异常高表达,三者参与肿瘤的侵袭、发展。
Objective To analyze the expression and significance of forkhead box protein C2(FOXC2),adenosine triphosphate binding transporter G superfamily member 2(ABCG2),and long non coding RNA(LncRNA)small nucleolar RNA host gene 12(SNHG12)in malignant glioma tissues.Methods 76 patients with malignant gliomas were included in the observation group,and 83 cases of brain organizers who underwent brain resection due to non tumor reasons such as trauma were included in the control group.The expression differences of FOXC2,ABCG2,and LncRNA SNHG12 between the 2 groups were statistically compared.Collect patient age and other data to analyze the relationship between FOXC2,ABCG2,LncRNA SNHG12 expression and various clinical and pathological characteristics of glioma patients.Results The positive expression rates of FOXC2 and ABCG2 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the relative expression level of LncRNA SNHG12 was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The expression of FOXC2,ABCG2,and LncRNA SNHG12 was associated with WHO grading and lymph node metastasis in malignant gliomas(P<0.05).Conclusion FOXC2,ABCG2,and LncRNA SNHG12 are abnormally high expressed in malignant glioma tissues,and they are involved in tumor invasion and development.
