摘要
清季民初,在西方医学影响之下,中国医者开始关注到医学知识传承中的不足。传统中医基本通过阅读经典医籍来学习,习医者除家传师授外基本是主动找书来读;西式医学的知识传授则更注重学校教育,不少人主张通过编辑教科书来改良中医、增进中医的竞争力,并有实际的行动。中医教科书(讲义)从形式到内容都与传统医书有很大差异,是医学传承的一种创造性革新,既反映了西学影响下自我认知的变迁,也是传统中医走向近代不可忽视的一环。
During the late Qing and early Republic period, under the influence of Western medicine,Chinese medical practitioners began to think about the shortcomings of the traditional medical knowledge transmission process. Traditionally, besides following their masters, learners could only gained knowledge through initiative reading on classic medical books. By contrast, the knowledge transmission of Western medicine paid much more attention to school education. To improve Chinese medicine and enhance its competitiveness, many people proposed to edit textbooks of Chinese medicine and have put the proposition into practical action. These textbooks, which could be seen as the creative innovations to the model of medical books, were very different from traditional medical books from form to content. As a non-negligible part of the history of modern traditional Chinese medicine, they have reflected the change of self-perception under the influence of Western learning.
