摘要
高校生物实验室作为开展本科教学的主要场所,普遍具备以下特点:拥有多样化的仪器设备和试剂耗材,包括多种危险品;实验内容丰富;承担的教学和科研任务较重;使用频率高;人员流动大等。为保障生物实验室工作的安全有序开展,需要完善的管理制度和措施保驾护航。文章以新乡医学院三全学院为例,发现其生物学实验室将7S管理理念引入实验室管理,并将其应用于实验室管理的各个方面,包括仪器设备维护、实验试剂耗材管理、实验准备工作、实验教学的规范化及精细化管理。研究表明,这些措施改善了实验教学环境,提高了学生的实验技能和科研能力,达到了实验室环境育人的要求,为高校生物实验室教学及管理提供了参考。
The biological laboratories in colleges and universities are the main places for carrying out undergraduate teaching,and generally have following characteristics,including many kinds of instruments and equipments,as well as reagents and consumables,such as all kinks of dangerous goods,diverse experiment contents,heavy teaching and scientific research tasks,high frequency of use,and large turnover of personnel.In order to ensure the safe and ordered development of biological laboratories,perfect management systems and measures are needed.This paper takes Sanquan College of Xinxiang Medical College as an example.Its biology laboratory has introduced 7S management concept into laboratory management,and uses this theory in all aspects of laboratory management,including the maintenance of instruments and equipment,management of experimental reagents and consumables,experimental preparation,and standardized and refined management of experimental teaching,which have improved the experimental teaching environment,enhanced students’experimental skills and scientific research ability,achieved the requirements of laboratory environment education,and provided references for the teaching and management of biological laboratories in universities.
