摘要
                
                    檀香中含有大量的生物活性物质,如檀香醇、檀香烯和没药醇等,不仅拥有极高的应用价值,而且在抗癌、抗炎、抗氧化、抑菌方面也具有相当大的药用潜力。文章总结了檀香精油的提取及改良方式,进一步梳理了不同提取方式的优劣势及其对精油成分的影响,阐述了檀香精油的生物活性及其在不同领域的性能,以期为利用檀香精油促进人体健康的相关研究提供有益参考。
                
                Sandalwood contains a large number of bioactive substances,such as assantalol,sandalene and myrrh.The application of sandalwood is not limited to aromatherapy,but has considerable potential in anti-cancer,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant and antibacterial.The paper summarized the extraction methods and improvement methods of sandalwood essential oil,further sorted out the advantages and disadvantages of different extraction methods and their effects on essential oil components,and expounded the biological activity and the performance in different aspects of sandalwood essential oil,so as to provide references for the research on sandalwood essential oil promoting human health.
