摘要
研究高校智慧档案管理转型可提升高校整体信息化水平,助力高等教育事业的发展等。文章分析高校档案管理存在的问题,结合大数据、人工智能等新兴技术,从顶层设计、开发利用档案资源、建设档案智慧场馆、转变档案服务模式、建设档案制度体系、建设智慧档案人才队伍等方面探索高校智慧档案管理转型的措施和路径,以期为高校智慧档案的落地实施提供借鉴。
Studying the transformation of intelligent archive management in universities can enhance the overall level of informatization and support the development of higher education.The paper analyzes the existing problems in uni-versity archive management and explores measures and pathways for the transformation of intelligent archive manage-ment by integrating emerging technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence.The exploration covers top-level design,development and utilization of archive resources,construction of intelligent archive venues,transforma-tion of archive service modes,establishment of an archive system,and the building of an intelligent archive talent team.These efforts aim to provide a reference for the implementation of intelligent archives in universities.
