摘要
从新时期服务满意度的视角看,现代化干部人事档案管理工作的优化变得至关重要。文章通过调查分析干部人事档案管理工作现状,基于存在问题提出新时期干部人事档案管理工作优化措施,通过丰富手段、改进流程、变革制度和更新队伍,从而提升新时期干部人事档案管理的工作效率。
From the perspective of service satisfaction in the new period,it is very important to optimize the manage-ment of modern cadre personnel files.Through investigation and analysis of the current status of cadre and personnel file management,this paper proposes optimization measures for cadre and personnel file management in the new era based on existing problems,and improves the efficiency of cadre and personnel file management in the new era through means enrichment,process improvement,system reform and team renewal.
