湖南靖州抢抓“以竹代塑”机遇助推竹产业高质量发展

Seize the Opportunity of“Bamboo as a Substitute for Plastic”to Promote the High-Quality Development of Bamboo Industry in Jingzhou County,Hunan Province

摘要湖南省靖州县是“中国楠竹之乡”、湖南省竹产业重点发展区,也是国家“绿水青山就是金山银山”实践创新基地。近年来,靖州县立足丰富的森林资源,把竹产业作为民生工程、乡村振兴工程、特色发展工程来抓,大力推进竹产业高质量发展。文章阐述了在“以竹代塑”的绿色风潮下,靖州县抢抓“以竹代塑”机遇,高位找准切入点、全链把握关键点、多点拓展增长点以推进产业发展的具体做法,以期进一步探索出符合靖州实际的高质量发展之路,从而实现竹林美、竹业兴、竹农富,让资源优势成为靖州的发展优势。 Jingzhou county in Hunan province is known as the“hometown of Moso bamboo in China”.It is a key area of bamboo industry in Hunan province,and also an innovation base for“Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”.In recent years,Jingzhou county has focused on the rich forest resources and regarded bamboo industry as a livelihood project,rural revitalization project,and characteristic development project,vigorously promoting the high-quality development of the bamboo industry.The paper describes the specific measures taken by Jingzhou county to seize the opportunity of“bamboo as a substitute for plastic”to identify the right entry point,grasp key points along with the entire chain,and extend multiple growth points for promoting the bamboo industry development.The aim is to further explore a path of high-quality development in line with the actual conditions of Jingzhou county by turning the county's resource advantages into development advantages,thus achieving the goals of beautiful bamboo forests,thriving bamboo industry,and wealthy bamboo farmers.
