摘要
近年来,乳腺癌已成为严重危害女性健康的最常见恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率逐年上升,且存在年轻化趋势。随着乳腺癌综合治疗进展的进步,乳腺癌的外科治疗由最初的最大范围的耐受治疗逐步转变为最小创伤的有效治疗,也逐步朝着最佳生活质量的方向发展。乳腺癌治疗不仅仅是一场与疾病的较量,也是一次对美丽与健康的追求,因而针对乳腺癌的治疗手段上,如何兼顾患者生理治愈与心理适应是长久以来亟需解决与思考的问题。腔镜手术由于安全性高,术后美容效果好,在乳腺外科领域掀起了一场新的技术风暴。笔者科室也在乳腺腔镜技术上做了许多的探索跟努力,并形成了自身独特的乳腺腔镜技术风格,该文就腔镜技术在乳腺癌的外科治疗中的应用体会及进展做一述评。
In recent years,breast cancer has become one of the most common malignant tumors seriously endangering women's health.Its incidence rate is increasing year by year,and there is a trend of younger age.With the progress of comprehensive treatment of breast cancer,the surgical treatment of breast cancer has gradually changed from the initial maximum tolerance treatment to the effective treatment of minimal trauma,and also gradually toward the direction of the best quality of life.The treatment of breast cancer is not only a battle against disease,but also a pursuit of beauty and health.Therefore,in terms of the treatment of breast cancer,how to give consideration to the physiological cure and psychological adaptation of patients is a problem that needs to be solved and considered for a long time.Laparoscopic surgery has sparked a new technological storm in the field of breast surgery due to its high safety and good postoperative cosmetic effects.Our department has also made a lot of exploration and efforts in breast endoscopic technology,and has formed its own unique style of breast endoscopic technology.This article reviews the application experience and progress of endoscopic technology in surgical treatment of breast cancer.
