热处理对选区激光熔融18Ni300模具钢力学性能的影响

Effect of Heat Treatment on Mechanical Properties of 18Ni300 Die Steel by Selective Laser Melting

摘要 为得到SLM成型18Ni300模具钢最佳的热处理工艺,设定350、450、500、550℃4种热处理温度,同时保留未经热处理的原始样品作为对比参考,分析不同热处理温度对18Ni300模具钢室温抗拉伸性能和冲击韧性的影响,并结合断口微观断裂机制进行佐证。试验结果显示,在4种热处理温度下,经过500℃热处理保温3 h的样品,其抗拉强度达到1741 MPa,是4组热处理温度下抗拉性能达到的最高值,比未热处理样品提升了86%;冲击韧性达到26.27 J·cm^(-2),比抗拉伸强度相近的450℃热处理样品,冲击韧性提高了67.1%,相比未处理样品有显著提升,其他热处理温度下试样冲击性能虽都有提升,但均不如500℃热处理试样性能提升的幅度大;材料主要呈现出韧性断裂特点,在强度与韧性之间取得了良好的平衡。表明SLM成型18Ni300模具钢的最佳热处理工艺为500℃保温3 h。 To determine the optimal heat treatment process for SLM-formed 18Ni300 die steel,four heat treatment temperatures of 350,450,500,and 550°C were set with an untreated original sample retained for comparison,and effects of different heat treatment temperatures on the room temperature tensile properties and impact toughness of 18Ni300 die steel were analyzed,supplemented by a study of the fracture mechanism at the microscopic level.The experimental results showed that the sample treated at 500°C for 3 hours achieved the highest tensile strength of 1,741 MPa among all four heat treatment temperatures,representing an 86%improvement over the untreated sample,and its impact toughness reached 26.27 J·cm^(-2),an increase of 67.1%over samples with similar tensile strength treated at 450℃,indicating a significant enhancement compared to the untreated sample.In comparison,while impact performance was improved at other heat treatment temperatures,none matched the extent of improvement observed at 500°C.The material predominantly exhibited ductile fracture characteristics,achieving a good balance between strength and toughness.This indicates that the optimal heat treatment process for SLM-formed 18Ni300 die steel is 500°C with a holding time of 3 hours.
