摘要
统计是经济社会发展的重要综合性基础性工作。随着数字经济的发展,各国政府统计工作的内容、对象、方式都发生了深刻变化,进而对国家统计体系变革产生了影响。本文在联合国统计司关于统计体系分类的基础上,进一步细化了国家统计体系的类型,并通过对美国、加拿大、英国、法国、德国、澳大利亚等主要发达国家和俄罗斯、巴西、印度、南非等金砖国家以及日本、韩国、新加坡等亚太国家的统计体系的深入分析,提出了完善我国统计体系的建议。
Statistics is a vital comprehensive and fundamental pillar for social and economic development.The contents,targets and methodologies of statistical work conducted by governments worldwide have all undergone profound changes with the development of digital economy,which in turn have impacted the reform of national statistical systems.Based on the United Nations Statistics Division’s classification of statistical systems,this paper further refines the categories of national statistical systems and provides suggestions to enhance China's statistical system by analyzing the statistical systems of major developed countries such as the United States,Canada,the United Kingdom,France,Germany and Australia,BRICS countries including Russia,Brazil,India and South Africa,as well as Asia-Pacific countries like Japan,South Korea and Singapore.
