摘要
本文以建瓯市水南二桥工程为例,对钢箱系杆拱梁和预应力混凝土连续箱梁组合结构体系吊索张拉施工技术进行研究。根据主梁线形、拱肋线形和已经确定的吊索无应力长度,以桥梁的设计线形为目标,综合考虑吊索张拉各阶段吊索内力、销轴、耳夹板承载力及施工机械资源(千斤顶、张拉装置等)优化配置等各方面因素的基础上,确定出吊索张拉顺序、张拉力值,及各张拉阶段结构响应计算值,并对该桥吊索张拉工序进行优化,为吊索张拉提供了可行的方案。
This paper takes the Shuinan Second Bridge project in Jianou City as an example to study the cable tensioning construction technology of the composite structure system of steel box tie arch beam and prestressed concrete continuous box beam.Based on the main beam line shape,arch rib line shape and the determined stress-free length of the cable,the design line shape of the bridge is taken as the goal,and the cable tensioning sequence,tensioning force value,and structural response calculation value of each tensioning stage are determined on the basis of comprehensive consideration of various factors such as the internal force of the cable at each stage of cable tensioning,the bearing capacity of the pin shaft and the ear clamp plate,and the optimal configuration of construction machinery resources(jacks,tensioning devices,etc.),and the cable tensioning process of the bridge is optimized,providing a feasible solution for cable tensioning.
