摘要
围绕“十三五”“十四五”期间山水林田湖草沙一体化保护修复的深刻战略意义,在推动京津冀一体化协同战略的同时,以走实走深一体化保护修复为理念,串联面对的现实和普遍的节点问题,在共性、个性统一的基础上,本文梳理了山水林田湖草沙一体化保护修复现状,剖析了存在的各种问题,并提出了合理的完善建议,为推进山水林田湖草沙一体化生态保护和修复提供参考。
Focusing on the profound strategic significance of the integrated protection and restoration of mountains,waters,forests,fields,lakes,grasses,and sands during the 13th and 14th Five Year Plans,while promoting the coordinated strategy of Beijing Tianjin Hebei integration,and with the concept of practical and in-depth integrated protection and restoration,this article connects the reality and common node problems faced.On the unity of commonality and isolation,this article summarizes the current situation of integrated protection and restoration of mountains,waters,forests,fields,lakes,grasses,and sands,and analyzes various existing problems,And propose reasonable improvement suggestions to provide reference conditions for promoting the integrated ecological protection and restoration of mountains,rivers,forests,fields,lakes,grasslands,and sands in the long term.
