超声检测DZ-I国家标准样品研制及测定方法研究

摘要 研制无损检测标准样品能够统一检测标准、提高检测精度、保证产品质量。本文借鉴普通标准样品制备技术,结合无损检测的超声波检测标准试块专用标准样品的技术特点,制备了DZ-I标准样品试块,并测定其化学成分、晶粒度、尺寸;选定用声速和声衰减作为DZ-I标准样品试块的定值参数,并采用水浸脉冲反射法、多次反射回波法测量和计算参数。结果显示:DZ-I标准样品试块满足标准要求;测试试块的声速和声衰减可保证DZ-I标准样品试块的一致性与稳定性。在实际应用中,使用这样的标准样品可为超声无损检测过程提供准确可靠的技术依据,确保检测结果的准确性和一致性。 The preparation of testing reference materials can uniform the testing standards,improve the detection accuracy,and ensure the product quality.In this paper,the DZ-I standard reference material test block was prepared,and its chemical composition,grain size,and size were determined by learning from the general reference material preparation technology and combining with the technical characteristics of the special reference materials of the reference test block for the nondestructive ultrasonic testing.The speed of sound and sound attenuation were used as the fixed parameter of the DZ-I reference material test block,and the water immersion pulse reflection method and the multiple reflection echo method were used to measure and calculate the parameters.The results show that the DZ-I reference material test block meets the requirements of the standard,and the sound velocity and sound attenuation of the test block can ensure the consistency and stability of the DZ-I reference material test block.In practical application,the use of such reference materials can provide accurate and reliable technical basis for the process of the ultrasonic nondestructive testing,and ensure the accuracy and consistency of the test results.
