摘要
新时代数字经济环境下,积极开发共享档案育人文化机制和育人服务模式,是提升高校档案工作治理能力的重要途径。高校档案馆要积极构建本土化的档案育人文化体系和育人服务模式,发挥档案资源优势,特别是利用好红色档案资源培育大学生崇德、修身、报国的道德品质,传承和发扬红色基因,为高校“立德铸魂”提供重要支撑。
In the new era of digital economy,actively developing educational cultural mechanism and educational service model of archives sharing is an important way to enhance the governance capacity of university archival work.University archives should actively build a localized cultural system and service model for archival education,give full play to the advantages of archival resources,especially make good use of red archival resources to cultivate the moral qualities of college students in advocating morality,self-cultivation and serving the country,inherit and carry forward the red gene,and provide important support for universities to"establishing virtue and casting soul".
