摘要
针对一起500 kV气体绝缘封闭组合电器(GAS insulated SWITCHGEAR,GIS)隔离刀闸电源空开异常跳闸进行故障分析和消除研究。首先,对空开跳闸异常原因进行全面分析;其次,通过查阅图纸,测量各节点对地绝缘电阻,定位到故障点位于机构箱。经过开箱检查、绝缘电阻测量确认机构箱进水严重,并推断出是二次电缆高于航空插头引起雨水倒灌,导致机构箱内积水严重,铁锈混合雨水导致内部绝缘破坏,现场进行初步处理,防止故障扩大,安排停电计划进行故障元器件更换,更换后故障消除;最后,提出预防GIS发生此类故障的措施。
The abnormal circuit breaker trip of a 500 kV gas insulated switch-gear(GIS)was analyzed.First of all,the causes of abnormal air trip are analyzed comprehensively.Secondly,by referring to the drawings,the insulation resistance of each node to the ground is measured and the fault point is located in the mechanism box.After unpacking inspection and insulation resistance measurement,it is confirmed that the watering in the mechanism box is serious,and it is inferred that the secondary cable is higher than the aviation plug,causing rainwater backpouring,thus resulting in serious water in the mechanism box,and the rust mixed rain water leads to the internal insulation damage.The initial treatment was carried out on site to prevent the expansion of the fault,and the power failure plan was arranged to replace the faulty components,and the fault was eliminated after replacement.Finally,the measures to prevent such failure of GIS are put forward.
