摘要
从20世纪至今,人们通常通过试验报告或质量记录来评价空心砖的好坏,这样得出的结论存在较多主观因素,没有考虑其质量的不确定性,因而不能客观、全面地反映其质量的好坏。而空心砖的好坏在一定程度上决定建筑物结构整体承重能力和保温、隔音效果,在此提出了一种应用模糊数学理论评价承重黏土空心砖质量的新方法。文章运用的模糊综合评判法正是克服这种不确定性的一种切合实际的数学方法,模糊综合评判的基本思想是利用模糊线性变换原理和最大隶属原则,考虑与被评价事物相关的各个因素,对其作出合理的综合评价,从而得出质量等级。
Since the last century,people usually evaluate the quality of hollow brick by test report or quality record,so the conclusion has more subjective factors,without considering the uncertainty of its quality,therefore,it can not objectively and comprehensively reflect its quality.In this paper,a new method to evaluate the quality of bearing clay hollow brick by using fuzzy mathematics theory is put forward.In this paper,the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is a practical mathematical method to overcome the uncertainty.The basic idea of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is to use the principle of fuzzy linear transformation and the principle of maximum membership,considering the factors related to the things being evaluated,make a reasonable comprehensive evaluation of them,and then get the quality grade.
