摘要
合理的空调系统形式对确保医院病房空气质量起着重要作用。以某医院狭长型多人病房为例,利用计算流体力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)模拟分析了短边侧送风模式下不同送风速度时的流场、速度与温度分布。结果表明:对于狭长型多人病房,在不能调整空调系统现有运行模式的情况下,应在合理范围内增大风速,以保证新鲜空气及污染物的更新流通以及余热排出,但同时需注意病房使用人群,设计不宜使人体有强烈的吹风感。研究成果可为该类型建筑空调设计优化及后期运行提供一定参考。
A reasonable form of air conditioning system plays an important role in ensuring air quality in hospital wards.Taking a long and narrow multi-person ward of a hospital as an example,and use Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)to simulate and analyze the flow field,velocity and temperature distribution at different supply velocities in the short-side air supply mode.The results show that for the narrow multi-person ward,the wind speed should be increased within a reasonable range to ensure the renewal and circulation of fresh air and pollutants and the discharge of waste heat under the condition that the existing operation mode of the air-conditioning system cannot be adjusted.The research results can provide a certain reference for the design optimization and later operation of air conditioning in this type of building.
