摘要
为了探讨兽用土霉素胁迫对辣椒植株生长的影响,试验采用随机区组实验设计,研究了不同浓度(0 mg/L、50 mg/L、100 mg/L、150 mg/L、200 mg/L)土霉素溶液的持续胁迫对辣椒植株的形态特征、构件生物量和生物量分配等指标变化的影响,分析了其表型可塑性和生存策略.结果表明:随着土霉素浓度的增加,花数量、分枝数、果实数、根生物量、茎生物量、叶生物量、总生物量均呈现先升高后降低的趋势,株高和主根长呈现逐渐上升的趋势,而叶片数、根冠比呈现下降的趋势.辣椒植株的花数量、果实数、根生物量、叶生物量、果实生物量对土霉素胁迫表现出明显的可塑性.辣椒植株茎生物量、叶生物量、果实生物量均低于根生物量,且生物量分配均表现为根最大.正是由于辣椒在表型上较强的可塑性,使其在土霉素浓度较高的情况下仍能在存活、生长和繁殖方面维持良好的表现.
In order to study the effect of veterinary oxytetracycline stress on the growth of pepper plants,a randomized block design was used to study,the effects of persistent stress with different concentrations of oxytetracycline(0 mg/L,50 mg/L,100 mg/L,150 mg/L,200 mg/L)on the morphological characteristics,component biomass and biomass distribution of pepper plants and analyze,their phenotypic plasticity and survival strategies.The results showed that with the increasing of oxytetracycline concentration,the number of flowers,branches and fruits,root biomass,stem biomass,leaf biomass and total biomass all showed a trend from rise to decline,and plant height and main root length showed a gradual upward trend,but the number of vanes and root ratio showed a downward trend.The number of flowers and fruits,root biomass,leaf biomass and fruit biomass displayed obvious plasticity to oxytetracycline stress.The fruit,leaf and stem biomasses were all lower than the root biomass of pepper plants,and biomass allocation of root appeared to be the highest.It is the stronger phenotypic plasticity of pepper that enabled its good performance in survival,growth and breed.
