摘要
构建符合自身特色和社会需求的创新创业教育实践模式和质量评价体系,是高职院校提升毕业生创新创业能力和竞争力的关键。以高职院校创新创业教育为研究对象,分析现有实践模式和质量评价体系存在的不足,并从教育体系、课程体系、师资队伍、个性化培训等方面,优化创新创业教育的实践模式;从理论与实践融合、过程与结果平衡、评价与反馈循环等方面,优化创新创业教育的质量评价体系。
It is the key for higher vocational colleges to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship ability and competitiveness of graduates to construct the practice model and quality evaluation system of innovation and entrepreneurship education that meet their own characteristics and social needs.Taking innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges as the research object,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the existing practice model and quality evaluation system,and optimizes the practice model of innovation and entrepreneurship education from the aspects of education system,curriculum system,teaching staff and personalized training.The quality evaluation system of innovation and entrepreneurship education is optimized from the aspects of integration of theory and practice,balance of process and result,evaluation and feedback loop.
