不同粒径煤矸石二次氧化指标气体产生规律研究

摘要 为了研究不同粒径二次氧化下煤矸石的自燃特性。采用程序升温-气相色谱实验系统,对自然风干的3种粒径煤矸石样品依次进行升温实验,得到指标气体CO,CH_(4),C_(2)H_(4),C_(2)H_(6)体积分数变化规律和煤矸石样品的耗氧速率,并与二次氧化煤矸石进行对比。研究结果表明:煤矸石氧化受粒径与升温次数的影响,在升温次数相同的条件下,煤矸石粒径越大,指标气体产生体积分数越小,耗氧速率越慢;在粒径相同的条件下,初次氧化耗氧速率和指标气体生成体积分数总是大于二次氧化。煤矸石二次氧化产生指标气体C_(2)H_(4)和C_(2)H_(6)初始生成温度较晚,CH_(4)初始温度较早,且体积分数低。二次氧化CO体积分数和耗氧速率都随着温度的升高呈指数增长,说明二次氧化的煤矸石同样具备自燃的条件。研究结果可为控制矸石山二次自燃提供理论依据。 In order to study the spontaneous combustion characteristics of coal gangue under secondary oxidation with different particle sizes,the heating experiments were conducted on the naturally dried coal gangue samples with three particle sizes in turn by using the programmed heating and gas chromatography experimental system.The variation of the volume fraction of index gases including CO,CH_(4),C_(2)H_(4),C_(2)H_(6)and the oxygen consumption rate of coal gangue samples were obtained and compared with the coal gangue under secondary oxidation.The results show that the oxidation of coal gangue is affected by the particle size and the number of heating.Under the same number of heating,the larger the particle size of coal gangue,the smaller the volume fraction of generated index gases,and the slower the oxygen consumption rate.Under the same particle size,the oxygen consumption rate and the volume fraction of generated index gases with primary oxidation are always larger than those with secondary oxidation.The initial generation temperatures of C_(2)H_(4)and C_(2)H_(6)generated by the secondary oxidation of coal gangue are late,CH_(4) initial temperature earlier,and the volume fraction are low.Two oxidation CO concentration and oxygen consumption rate are exponentially increased with the increase in temperature,indicating that the second oxidation of the gangue also has the conditions of spontaneous combustion.The research results Control gangue mountain secondary spontaneous combustion provide theoretical basis.
