摘要
数字化对企业生产经营有着极为重要的影响。本文探讨了数字技术应用对中小企业经营韧性的赋能效应。研究表明:数字技术应用能显著增强中小企业在危机期间的经营韧性;数字技术应用对于制造业和商务服务业企业经营韧性的赋能作用强于其他行业企业;相比较而言,数字技术应用对中档规模中小企业经营韧性的提升作用更大;技术型数字技术应用对中小企业经营韧性的赋能作用强于平台型和流程型。为更好地发挥数字化对中小企业经营韧性的赋能作用,应完善中小企业数字化服务体系,强化差异化激励政策,引导企业制定长期的数字化战略规划。
Digitization has a significant impact on the production and operation of enterprises.This article explores the empowering effect of digital technology applications on the resilience of small and medium-sized enterprises.Research has shown that the application of digital technology can significantly enhance the operational resilience of small and medium-sized enterprises during crisis periods;The application of digital technology has a stronger empowering effect on the operational resilience of manufacturing and business service enterprises than other industries;Compared to others,the application of digital technology has a greater impact on enhancing the operational resilience of medium-sized small and medium-sized enterprises;The empowering effect of technology-based digital technology applications on the resilience of small and medium-sized enterprises is stronger than that of platform based and process based applications.To better leverage the empowering role of digitalization in the resilience of small and medium-sized enterprises,it is necessary to improve the digital service system for small and medium-sized enterprises,strengthen differentiated incentive policies,and guide enterprises to formulate long-term digital strategic plans.
