摘要
目的比较瑞马唑仑与异丙酚在口腔种植手术中的镇静效果。方法选择2022—2023年在锦州医科大学附属口腔医院接受镇静下口腔复杂种植手术诊疗的患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组采用异丙酚进行麻醉,观察组采用瑞马唑仑进行麻醉,两组其余麻醉维持和治疗方案相同。比较两组患者的生命体征波动情况、手术情况、术后苏醒情况和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组T_(1)、T_(2)时间点心率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而其余时间点的心率和各时间点的平均动脉压差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组镇静起效时间长于对照组,而术后苏醒时间和清醒时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论瑞马唑仑一种安全、有效的镇静药物,具有镇痛效果好、恢复速度快等优势。
Objective To compare the sedative effects of remifentanil and propofol in oral implant surgery.Methods Sixty patients who underwent complex dental implant surgery under sedation at the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from 2022 to 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was anesthetized with propofol,while the observation group was anesthetized with remifentanil.The remaining anesthesia maintenance and treatment plans were the same for both groups.The fluctuations in vital signs,surgical outcomes,postoperative recovery,and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups of patients were compared.Results The herat rate at T_(1) and T_(2) time point in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in heart rate at other time points and in average arterial pressure at each time points(P>0.05).The intraoperative bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The onset time of sedation was longer than that of the control group,while the postoperative awakening time and awakening time were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Rimazolen is a safe and effective sedative drug with advantages such as good analgesic effect and fast recovery speed.
