医学免疫学实验教学改革实践与探索

Exploration and Reform in Medical Immunology Experimental Teaching

摘要 医学教育的关注点不仅在于传授知识和解答问题,更应着重于培养学生的综合能力。医学免疫学是高等医学院校的重要课程之一,主要研究机体免疫系统与疾病发生的关系。然而,传统的免疫学实验教学存在一些问题,包括教学内容缺乏更新、仪器设备陈旧、跨学科整合不足、学生参与度低以及评估方式单一等。这些问题导致实验教学与科研实践、临床应用之间的脱节,进而影响了教学效果。近年来,越来越多的教学方法被引入到实验教学中,包括整合实验课、科研早接触、翻转课堂、以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)和虚拟仿真等,以弥补传统教学模式的不足。文章总结并思考了免疫学实验教学中的问题和改革措施,期望通过持续的探索和改革来提高教学质量,以培养更多具备综合能力的医学人才。 The focus of medical education is not only on imparting knowledge and answering questions but also on developing students'comprehensive abilities.Medical immunology is one of the important courses in higher medical institutions,mainly studying the relationship between the body's immune system and the occurrence of diseases.However,traditional medical immunology laboratory teaching faces several problems,including outdated teaching content,obsolete equipment,insufficient interdisciplinary integration,low student engagement,and a single assessment method.These issues lead to a disconnect between laboratory teaching practice and research practice,as well as clinical application,thereby affecting teaching effectiveness.In recent years,more and more innovative teaching methods have been introduced into laboratory teaching,including integrating laboratory courses,early scientific contact,flipped classrooms,problem-based learning(PBL),and virtual simulation.These methods aim to address the shortcomings of traditional teaching models.This article summarizes and reflects on the problems and reform measures in immunology laboratory teaching,aiming to improve teaching quality through continuous exploration and reform,and to cultivate more medical talents with comprehensive abilities.
