“一带一路”背景下云南省护理学本科中外合作办学路径

Study on Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running NursingUndergraduate Schools in Yunnan Province in the Context of“Beltand Road”Initiative

摘要文章以昆明医科大学护理学中外合作班全体学生为研究对象,采用问卷调查法调查了“一带一路”背景下云南省护理学本科中外合作办学现状,探索了护理学本科中外合作办学发展路径。调查结果表明,中外合作办学总体评价得分为(15.32±2.72)分,总体满意度较高;多重比较显示,大二年级总体评分低于大一年级和大三年级;办学过程中存在的一些问题应引起重视,包括中外课程融合程度低、不同年级对办学总体评价存在差异、外方师资配备不足、生源质量有待提高等。在此基础上,文章提出了引进并整合教育资源,规范各年级的教学管理过程,加强教师队伍建设,强化学生综合能力培养等具体改进建议。 Taking all the students in the Chinese-foreign cooperation class of nursing in Kunming Medical University as the research object,this paper adopts questionnaire survey to investigate the current status and path of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running nursing undergraduate schools in Yunnan Province in the context of“Belt and Road”Initiative.The survey results indicate that the overall rating for Chinese-foreign cooperation in education is(15.32±2.72)points,indicating a high level of overall satisfaction;Multiple comparisons show that the overall rating of sophomore students is lower than that of freshmen and juniors;Some issues in the process of running schools should be taken seriously,including the insufficient integration between Chinese and foreign courses,differences in overall evaluation of school running among different grades,the lack of foreign faculty,and the need to boost the quality of student sources.On this basis,specific suggestions are proposed such as introducing and integrating educational resources,standardizing the teaching management of each grade,strengthening the construction of the teaching faculty,and enhancing the cultivation of students'comprehensive abilities.
