摘要
为探究温度-粒径耦合作用对煤粒瓦斯解吸扩散的影响,开展了不同温度和粒径下的瓦斯解吸试验,并构建了温度-粒径耦合动扩散模型,据此分析了两者耦合作用对瓦斯解吸扩散的影响。研究结果表明:(1)瓦斯解吸量随粒径减小而增大,且煤粒径越小,瓦斯解吸扩散初期越显著;(2)温度越高,瓦斯解吸量越多,每升高10℃,瓦斯解吸量有10%~17%的增幅,并随煤粒增大,增幅越大;(3)动扩散模型分析得出初始扩散系数(D_(0))和衰减系数(β)随温度升高均变大,而随粒径从0.250 mm增大到0.875 mm,D_(0)升高了2.8倍,β降低了37%;(4)瓦斯解吸扩散过程受温度和煤粒径的影响,温度主要影响分子活性和孔隙状态,而粒径主要影响气体含量和孔隙分布,且粒径变化对这一过程的影响更大。研究结果丰富了瓦斯解吸扩散理论,并为瓦斯灾害有效防治提供了理论参考。
To investigate the effects of temperature-particle size coupling on gas desorption and diffusion of coal particles,the gas desorption experiments at different temperatures and particle sizes were carried out,and a dynamic diffusion model of temperature-particle size coupling was constructed to further explore the regularity of the two coupling effects on the gas desorption and diffusion.The results are concluded as follows.Firstly,the desorption amount of gas increases with the decrease of particle size,and the smaller the coal particle size,the more significant the gas desorption and diffusion in the early stage.Secondly,the higher the temperature,the more the desorption amount of gas,and every 10℃increase in gas desorption has a 10%-17%increase,and with the increase of coal particles,the increase is greater.Thirdly,the analysis of the dynamic diffusion model reveals that the initial diffusion coefficient D_(0) and the attenuation coefficientβincrease as the temperature rises.When the particle size increases from 0.025 mm to 0.875 mm,D_(0) increases by 2.8 times andβdecreases by 37%.Finally,the process of gas desorption and diffusion is affected by temperature and particle size.Temperature mainly affects molecular activity and pore state,while particle size mainly affects gas content and pore distribution,and the changes of particle size show a greater impact during this process.The research results enrich the theory of gas desorption and diffusion,and provide a theoretical reference for the effective prevention and control of gas disasters.
