低碳视角下成渝地区双城经济圈现代物流业与现代农业协同可持续发展评价研究

Evaluation of the Synergistic and Sustainable Development of Modern Logistics Industry and Modern Agriculture in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle from the Low Carbon Perspective

摘要 “十四五”现代物流发展规划提出“现代物流一头连着生产,一头连着消费”,现代农业既是生产,也是消费,关乎民生民计,高效优质的农产品到达消费者终端离不开现代物流业的支撑,其重要性不言而喻。根据我国到2030年碳排放量达到峰值这一目标,现代物流业与现代农业深度融合协同可持续发展的同时,更要实现全流程、全要素、全方位低碳目标。本文从低碳视角出发,借助协同理论构建动态测度模型,对成渝地区双城经济圈现代物流业与现代农业深度融合协同可持续发展进行评价。成渝地区2011-2021的区域数据研究结果表明:低碳视角下成渝地区双城经济圈现代物流业与现代农业深度融合协同发展态势整体呈上升趋势,但对比系统标准协同度存在阶段性偏差。就此分析,本文从宏观政策、信息平台、低碳技术三方面的协同发展提出了相应的对策建议。 The"14th Five-Year Plan"modern logistics development plan proposes that"modern logistics is connected to production and consumption.,Modern agriculture is not only production,but also consumption,related to people's livelihood and people's livelihood,and efficient and high-quality agricultural products to reach consumer terminals are inseparable from the support of modern logistics industry,and its importance is self-evident.According to China's goal of peaking carbon emissions by 2030,the modern logistics industry and modern agriculture must achieve the goal of low-carbon in all processes,all factors and all directions while achieving sustainable development.From the perspective of low carbon,this paper constructs a dynamic measurement model with the help of synergy theory to evaluate the synergistic and sustainable development of modern logistics industry and modern agriculture in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle.The results of the 2011-2021 regional data study in the Chengdu-Chongqing region show that the coordinated development trend of modern logistics industry and modern agriculture in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle from a low-carbon perspective shows an overall upward trend,but there is a phased deviation in the degree of synergy between system standards.
