摘要
伊拉克艾哈代布油田为典型的孔隙型碳酸盐岩油藏,该地区主要通过自转向酸液体系进行长井段水平井连续油管拖动酸化工艺进行储层改造。本文制备一种自转向剂并优选出一系列助剂形成清洁自转向酸体系,该转向酸体系均一稳定,鲜酸粘度低,易于泵入,当体系pH值达到2.5时,体系粘度达到最大值,在地层中起到暂堵转向效果,实现均匀布酸。当酸液体系遇到原油时发生破胶,破胶液粘度为3 mPa·s,无残渣,易于返排,目前该转向酸体系已经在艾哈代布油田应用100口井以上,均取得了较好的增产效果,现场应用表明该转向酸体系能够适用伊拉克艾哈代布油田非均质碳酸盐岩储层酸化施工需求。
The reservoir in ahdeb oilfield is a typical porosity carbonate reservoir and mainly developed by long-lateral horizontal well in linear well pattern.Self-diverting acid system was used to help equalize acid distribution,meanwhile,the coiled tubing was withdrawn continuously along the whole horizontal section.When the convention of HCl was 15%to 20%,the fresh acid viscosity was low and easier to injection.With the consumption of HCl,the viscosity increased and exhibited a maximum viscosity of 1600 mPa·s(at the shear rate of 10 s-1),which effectively achieved the purpose of solution acid temporary diverting in carbonate reservoirs.The breaking occurs when the acid was exposed to hydrocarbon(e.g.crude oil),the viscosity of gel-breaking fluid was 3 mPa0x0E0xFF瘙0x01簚0x0Fs.So far,the system was successfully used in ahdeb oilfield and the application was more than 100 well times,which achieved significant stimulation effect.Both lab tests and field applications showed that the self-diverting acid system could meet the requirement for carbonate reservoir.
