摘要
以新建太锡铁路太崇段隧道无砟轨道施工为依托,阐述了轨排框架法在单线长隧道无砟轨道条件下的应用。相比于工具轨法,轨排框架法解决了单线长大隧道施工作业空间有限且精度要求高的问题;解决了工具轨作业复杂、工序繁琐、反复组装导致整体刚度偏弱且施工效率低的难题。现场通过优化无砟轨道施工组织方案,合理分配施工资源,加强施工组织,利用辅助坑道多施工作业面24 h同时作业,按工期节点圆满完成施工任务。施工实践表明,单线长隧道无砟轨道采用轨排框架法施工,既能提高施工效率,又能保障施工质量,同时节约了成本,为以后无砟铁路设计、施工提供了借鉴。
Based on the construction of ballastless track in the Taichong section of the newly-built Taixi Railway tunnel,this paper elaborates on the application of the track panel frame method under the condition of ballastless track in a single track long tunnel.Compared to the tool track method,the track panel frame method solves the problem of limited working space and high precision requirements in the construction of single track long tunnels,as well as the problems of weak overall stiffness and low construction efficiency due to complex tool rail operations,tedious processes and repeated assembly.On site,the construction organization plan for ballastless track was optimized,construction resources were allocated reasonably,construction organization was strengthened,and multiple construction work surfaces in auxiliary tunnels were used to work simultaneously 24 hours a day.The construction tasks were successfully completed according to the schedule milestones.The construction results show that using the track panel frame method for the ballastless track of a single track long tunnel can improve construction efficiency,ensure construction quality,and save costs.The study provides reference for the design and construction of ballastless railways in the future.
