摘要
通过介绍翅片换热、冷凝模块2种新型节水消雾逆流机械通风冷却塔的工作原理、结构特性及其设计节水效率,结合某煤化工企业现场生产实际情况,深入探讨新型节水消雾冷却塔在技术应用中的优劣,尤其是针对新型节水消雾冷却塔在冬季运行中出现的冻堵问题,提出解决方案,为实现系统的高质量稳定运行提供基础保障。
This study provides a detailed introduction to the working principles,structural characteristics,and water-saving efficiency design of two novel types of water saving and fog-eliminating counterflow mechanical draught cooling towers,i.e.the finned heat exchange and the condensation module type.According to the actual production conditions of certain coal chemical company,the paper explores the advantages and disadvantages of water saving and fog-eliminating cooling towers in technical applications.Specifically,it addresses the issue of freezing blockages that occur during winter operations of these cooling towers,and proposes solutions to overcome these challenges,thus ensuring high-quality and stable operation of the system.
