摘要
为提升装配式建筑材料的节能保温水平,制备了以十二醇和二十二烷为相变芯材,以膨胀石墨为芯材载体的复合相变保温材料,通过DSC、导热系数、渗漏率及红外光谱等测试对该材料的综合性能进行分析。结果表明,复合相变保温材料的相变潜热为182.9~237.3 kJ/kg,在相变过程中的温度和潜热变化幅度较小。且当膨胀石墨添加量为15%时,该材料的热稳定性、吸附性能和化学稳定性最理想,具有一定的应用价值。
In order to improve the energy-saving and insulation level of prefabricated building materials,this study proposes a phase change insulation material with dodecanol and dodecane as phase change core materials and expanded graphite as core mate-rial carrier.The comprehensive performance of the material was analyzed through DSC testing,thermal conductivity testing,leakage rate testing,infrared spectroscopy testing,and other methods.It was found that the latent heat of phase transition of this material ranges from 182.9~237.3 kJ/kg,and the temperature and latent heat changes during the phase transition process are relatively small.And when the amount of expanded graphite added is 15%,the thermal stability,adsorption performance,and chemical stability of the material are most ideal,and it has certain application value.
