摘要
                
                    预制装配式桥梁结构成为现代桥梁建设的主要结构形式。整体预制π型组合梁吊装过程安全监测是预制装配式桥梁工程建设的重要环节。在预制构件内部植入光纤传感器获取更多监测信息。采用分布式光纤应变传感器进行吊装过程应变监测,弥补传统监测手段测点少、盲区大而导致获取应变场分布信息量不足的缺点。以德州至上饶高速公路赣皖界至婺源段新亭特大桥为工程依据,在整体预制π型组合梁混凝土预制桥面植入分布式光纤传感器,对预制构件脱模吊装阶段和安装阶段的内部应变场分布状态进行监测,结果显示分布式应变传感光纤能够灵敏地感知预制梁吊装过程中混凝土内部的应变分布情况,为整体预制装配式桥梁吊装运输过程的安全提供数据依据。
                
                Prefabricated bridge structure has become the main structure form of modern bridge construction.The safety monitoring of the whole prefabricated x-type composite beam hoisting process is an important link in the construction of prefabricated bridges,and implanting fiber optic sensors iin prefabricated components can obtain more monitoring information.The distributed fiber optic strain sensor is used to monitor the strain during the hoisting process,which can make up for the shortcomings of the traditional monitoring methods,such as few measuring points and large blind areas,which lead to insufficient information in obtaining the distribution of strain field.In this paper,based on the Xinting Bridge between the Ganwan boundary and Wuyuan section of the Dezhou-Shangrao Expressway,distributed optical fiber sensors are implanted on the precast concrete deck of the integral precast x-type composite beams to monitor the internal strain field distribution of the precast components in the stage of stripping and hoisting and installation.The results show that the distributed strain sensing fiber can sensitively sense the strain distribution inside the concrete during the lifting process of the precast beam,and provide data basis for the safety of the integral prefabricated bridge in the lifting and transportation process.
