摘要
目的 研究基于互联网+的听力障碍筛查及临床精准诊疗创新平台的临床价值。方法 选取2022年1月至2024年1月某一社区人群1909人进行听力普查及诊治,采用基于互联网+的听力障碍筛查及临床精准诊疗创新平台,利用听力软件后端系统的综合处理功能,对普查人群的行为数据进行深入分析,包括听力损伤程度、听力损伤原因等。结果 对1909人进行的实际调查结果显示,有913例(占总比例的47.83%)患有听力障碍。具体来看,一级听力障碍例数为73例(占比8.00%,73/913),二级为96例(占比10.51%,96/913),三级为325例(占比35.60%,325/913),四级则高达419例(占比45.89%,419/913)。导致听力残疾的因素排名前5依次为:老年性病变,影响433例(占总数的47.43%);噪声与爆震所致伤害,涉及281例(占总数的30.78%);全身性疾病(如高血压、动脉硬化、糖尿病及甲状腺机能减退症等),造成88例(占总数的9.64%);中耳炎则影响78例(占总数的8.54%);最后,未明确病因的病例占到23例(占总数的2.52%)。结论 基于互联网+的听力障碍筛查及临床精准诊疗创新平台在社区听力筛查及诊疗中有一定作用,在未来的应用场景中,对人群听力健康的筛查将展现出显著的价值和重要性。
Objective To study the clinical value of Internet plus based innovative platform for hearing impairment screening and clinical precise diagnosis and treatment.Methods One thousand nine hundred and nine cases of a community population from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected for hearing screening,diagnosis and treatment.The internet plus based innovative platform for hearing impairment screening and clinical precision diagnosis and treatment was adopted,and the comprehensive processing function of the back-end system of hearing software was used to conduct in-depth analysis on the behavioral data of the surveyed population,including the degree of hearing loss,causes of hearing loss,etc.Results The actual survey conducted on 1909 people showed that 913 cases(47.83% of the total proportion) suffered from hearing impairment.Specifically,there were 73 cases of first grade hearing impairment(accounting for 8.00%,73/913),96 cases of second grade hearing impairment(accounting for 10.51%,96/913),325 cases of third grade hearing impairment(accounting for 35.60%,325/913),and as many as 419 cases of fourth grade hearing impairment(accounting for 45.89%,419/913).The top five factors leading to hearing disability are:age-related lesions,affecting 433 cases(47.43% of the total).Injuries caused by noise and detonation,involving 281 cases(30.78% of the total).Systemic diseases(such as hypertension,arteriosclerosis,diabetes and hypothyroidism) caused 88 cases(9.64% of the total).Otitis media affected 78 cases(8.54% of the total).Finally,cases with unclear causes accounted for 23 cases(2.52% of the total).Conclusions The Internet plus based innovative platform for hearing impairment screening and clinical accurate diagnosis and treatment plays a certain role in community hearing screening and treatment.In the future application scenarios,the screening of people's hearing health will show significant value and importance.
