摘要
目的探讨中药穴位敷贴按摩在剖宫产术后快速康复外科中的应用效果。方法112例子宫下段剖宫产术后产妇,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组56例。两组产妇术后24 h使用静脉镇痛泵镇痛后行常规护理干预,观察产妇再实施中药穴位敷贴按摩。比较两组产妇术后宫底高度、阴道出血量、疼痛程度、肛门排气时间。结果两组产妇术后24 h宫底高度比较无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组术后72 h宫底高度低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组产妇术后24 h内阴道出血量比较无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组产妇术后24~72 h阴道出血量(115.56±20.66)ml少于对照组的(164.11±30.68)ml(P<0.05)。观察组产妇术后48 h视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分(1.36±0.82)分低于对照组的(3.46±1.01)分,肛门排气时间(1748.36±222.61)min早于对照组的(2063.55±210.72)min(P<0.05)。结论中药穴位敷贴按摩能够促进剖宫产术后产妇的快速康复,具有无创、价廉、易推广的特点。
Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application and massage in fast track surgery after cesarean section.Methods A total of 112 patients with lower uterine segment caesarean section were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 56 cases in each group.Both groups used intravenous analgesia pump with 24 h after delivery and then received routine nursing intervention.The observation group was also treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application and massage.The height of the uterine fundus,amount of vaginal bleeding,pain intensity,and anal exhaust time were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in height of the uterine fundus between the two groups at 24 h after surgery(P>0.05).The height of the uterine fundus of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 72 h after surgery(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the amount of vaginal bleeding within 24 h after surgery(P>0.05).The amount of postoperative vaginal bleeding of(115.56±20.66)ml in the observation group was less than(164.11±30.68)ml in the control group at 24-72 h after surgery(P<0.05).In the observation group,the maternal visual analog scale(VAS)score of(1.36±0.82)points was lower than(3.46±1.01)points in the control group at 48 h after surgery,and the anal exhaust time of(1748.36±222.61)min was earlier than(2063.55±210.72)min in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application and massage can promote the rapid recovery of puerpera after cesarean section.It has the characteristics of non-invasive,low cost and convenient to popularize.
