摘要
某风场风电人员在巡检过程中发现齿轮箱机组高强度螺柱发生断裂现象,本文通过采用直读光谱仪对断裂螺柱进行化学成分分析,采用万能拉力机对断裂螺柱进行力学性能分析,用洛氏硬度计对断裂材料进行硬度分析,采用金相显微镜对断口进行微观组织分析,便用扫描电镜对断口形貌和加工缺陷进行排查分析,通过综合分析排查,并利用有限元仿真技术对有缺陷的螺纹进行模拟仿真,最终将问题定位为一种不常见的,由于螺纹加工折叠缺陷导致的疲劳断裂。
During the inspection process,wind power personnel at a certain wind farm discovered that the high-strength bolts of the gearbox unit had broken.Our company was co mmissioned to analyze this phenomenon.This article uses a direct reading spectrometer to analyze the chemical composition of the fractured screw,a universal tensile machine to analyze the mechanics of the fractured screw,a Rockwell hardness tester to analyze the hardness of the fractured material,a metallographic microscope to analyze the microstructure of the fracture,and a scanning electron microscope to investigate and analyze the morphology and processing defects of the fracture.Through comprehensive analysis and investigation,and usingfinite element simulation technology to simulate the defective thread,the problem is ultimately located as fatigue fracture caused by folding defects in thread processing.
