摘要
借助智慧芽(Patsnap)专利分析工具,从申请趋势、地区分布、技术构成、申请人、重点专利等角度分析了全球油田用聚烯烃管材技术领域的相关专利文献。分析结果表明,全球油田用聚烯烃管材技术依然处于高速发展阶段,中国企业拥有绝大部分专利权,但核心专利技术集中在美、日的专利商手中;目前研究开发的重点是以RTP管为代表的聚烯烃复合管技术,特别是复合管中的聚烯烃内衬管材料的选择和配料技术。聚烯烃管材核心技术由美、日等国家掌握,而中国企业虽然起步较晚,但申请量巨大,综合实力不容小觑。
By means of Patsnap patent analysis tool,the relevant patent literature in the field of polyolefin pipe technology for oil fields worldwide is analyzed from the perspectives of application trends,regions distribution,technological composition,applicants,and key patents.Analysis results show that the technologies about polyolefin pipes for oil fields worldwide stays still in a stage of rapid development,and Chinese enterprises have the vast majority of patent rights,but the companies in the United States and Jacan control the core patent technologies.At present,the research and development focus on polyolefin composite pipe technology represented by RTP pipes,especially the selection and batching technology of polyolefin inner lining pipe materials in composite pipe.Although Chinese enterprises started relatively late,their application volume is huge,and their comprehensive strength cannot be underestimated.
