茶树栽培学课程的教学改革思路探索

摘要 茶树栽培学是茶学专业的核心课程,主要介绍茶树的生理生态、茶园生产管理技术等知识,是培养茶产业技术型和研究型专业人才的重要环节。随着近年来生物技术、农业机械和人工智能在茶学研究和茶园生产中的应用,传统茶树栽培知识体系需与时俱进,融入新的知识点和教学方法。本文主要阐述了如何将生物技术、机械化、智慧茶园等知识点有机融入到茶树栽培学课程的授课环节,并从课程思政、分组讨论、乡村振兴案例分析、线上补充学习等路径提高学生的认知以及茶学专业知识储备,增强学生解决实际生产问题的能力,为新农科课程改革提供思路。 Tea cultivation is the core course of tea science major,mainly introducing the physiological ecology of tea plants,the production and management technology of tea plantation,which is an important process of cultivating technical and research talents for tea industry.With the application of biotechnology,mechanization and artificial intelligence in tea research and tea production in recent years,the traditional knowledge system of tea cultivation needs to keep pace with the times,and new knowledge points and teaching methods should be integrated into it.This article elaborated how to integrate the new knowledge points such as biotechnology,mechanization and smart tea plantation into the teaching process of tea cultivation,and improvement of students′cognition and tea professional knowledge through ideological and political education,group discussion,case study on rural revitalization,and online supplementary learning,so as to enhance students′ability to solve practical production problems.It provides initiatives for the education reform of new agronomy courses.
