摘要
研发了一款具有植保喷头自动检测的数控系统,以提升植保无人机的智能化水平。玉米生产过程中应用研发的植保无人机对照试验结果表明,使用改良后的植保无人机在植保作业中的故障次数更少,病虫草害防治效果更好;实验田的亩穗数、粒数、千粒重和平均产量显著高于对照田,说明经数控技术改良后的植保无人机能提升玉米生产效率。建议在农业机械智能化发展中,大力推广和应用数控技术,通过开发数控系统精准控制农机参数,在降低农机故障率和提升农药利用率的基础上,赋能农业生产降本增效。
ANC system with automatic detection of crop protection nozzles was developed to enhance the intelligence level of crop protection UAV.The results of comparative experiments on corn protection during cultivation showed that the use of improved crop protection UAV resulted in fewer malfunctions in corn crop protection work,the improved crop protection UAV had a better effect on the prevention and control of pests,diseases and weeds in corn growth.The number of ears per mu,number of grains,thousand grain weight and average yield in the experimental field were significantly higher than those in the control field which indicated that the improved crop protection UAV with numerical control technology could improve the efficiency of corn production.It was suggested to increase efforts in promoting and applying numerical control technology in the intelligent development of agricultural machinery.By developing numerical control systems to accurately control agricultural machinery parameters,agricultural production to reduce costs and increase efficiency could be achieved while reducing the failure rate of agricultural machinery and improving pesticide utilization.
