摘要
为确保房屋建筑桩基选型的合理性,依据岩土工程勘察成果,考虑工程造价、进度、质量、环境等因素,采用多因素层次分析法对各类桩型的适宜性进行评价比选。结果表明:依据地层参数及建筑物荷载的要求,可选择静压预制桩、长螺旋钻孔灌注桩及冲击成孔灌注桩作为基础类型。通过多因素层次分析法得出,在该场地上,静压预制桩、长螺旋钻孔灌注桩及冲击成孔灌注桩在适宜性方面存在差异。评价结果显示,长螺旋钻孔灌注桩在该区域建筑桩基方案中具有最强的适宜性,其次是冲击成孔灌注桩和静压预制桩。研究成果可为选择和指导该区域建筑桩基方案提供参考。
To ensure the rationality of pile foundation selection for building construction,based on the results of geotechnical engineering investigation,considering factors such as project cost,progress,quality,and environment,the suitability of various pile types is evaluated and compared using the multi factor analytic hierarchy process.The results indicate that,based on the requirements of geological parameters and building loads,static pressure prefabricated piles,long spiral drilled cast-in-place piles,and impact drilled cast-in-place piles can be selected as the foundation types.Through the multiple factor analytic hierarchy process,it was found that there are differences in the suitability of static pressure prefabricated piles,long spiral drilled cast-in-place piles,and impact drilled cast-in-place piles on this site.The evaluation results show that the long spiral drilled pile has the strongest applicability in the construction pile foundation scheme in this area,followed by the impact drilled pile and the static pressure prefabricated pile.The research results can provide reference for selecting and guiding pile foundation schemes for buildings in the region.
